The Deep Dive is a more in-depth, strategic session for a defined business challenge. You’ll complete a short pre-session questionnaire and share relevant materials in advance, allowing us to review, prepare and lead the session with clear structure and intent. This is for deeper problem-solving, forward planning or strategic recalibration.

Best for:

Brand positioning, range planning, pricing strategy, marketing structure, launches, or working through a specific growth or operational challenge

A note on bookings and cancellations

Deep Dives require dedicated preparation time, which begins once your booking information is submitted. Because of this, Deep Dive sessions are non-refundable after this point.

We understand plans can change, so one reschedule is available with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
